Welcome to Beta's Place This site has had a make over from a web page to a portal based website, the site is still my personal web space and is about nothing in particular. It is just a place for me to dump my photos, the good and the bad, and to share any web resources I think may be useful. Most pictures are as they came from the camera or with very little post processing as it is something I have to yet learn. So that means dust spots and un-level backgrounds. Hopefully some people will find it interesting. I have a Gallery which I am slowly filling with pictures from Motorcycles to Scenic. A lot of the scenic photos are more a record of the walk i was doing, so you may have 200 photos for a 9 mile walk.

All photographs on this site were taken by me unless stated otherwise. The pictures here come from the early 80's up to present day, some are scans of photos or slides taken from film cameras such as the Nikon 301 & 801s to digital cameras like the Fujifilm MX2700 the Nikon 5700 and now my Canon 30D. Also have a 400D & a 40D.
I am just a amateur snapper with lots and lots to learn about photography and post processing.
The site has only just been put together so please bare with me while I add more content there is lots more to be added. Pictures will be added frequently.
